Our winemaking team achieves a new synthesis of red and white favorites. Each batch of wine is separately fermented and aged, allowing us to closely monitor their transformation process. The bottling process occurs only when the wines have fully developed their flavor profiles and aromatic richness. The result is a collection of wines where every selection is rich in ripe, bitter, and fruity notes that are both intricate and pure.

This wine is made using the classic method from the Kartli grape varieties “Chinuri” and “Goruli Mtsvane”. Aged on the lees for 5 months.
