SHAVKAPITO
Qvevri red, dry wine
The wine is produced by Georgian traditional methods, without rachis, with dregs fermented in Qvevri.
After one month of post-fermentation maceration wine was freed from the grape skins and pips. The duration of ageing in Qvevri – 3 months.
Color - intense coral. Along with tones of black plum, wild blackberry, and sweet pepper, there are pleasant aromas of nutmeg and leather.
It is distinguished by full body, with strong tannins and a piquant spiciness of alcohol that lingers in the taste. Has a good aging potential.
