Winemaking philosophy

Since its establishment, Etno Okami has prioritized quality over quantity, striving to make a unique impact in the modern winemaking industry. Our wines are a blend of ancient traditions and modern knowledge. We use a distinctive Qvevri method while placing a strong emphasis on research and experimentation.

Some of our wines made as a result of micro-vinification may undergo years of research on the basis of Caucasus International University, resulting in innovative samples that we will proudly offer to consumers.

Currently, Etno Okami products combine several types, most of which include Qvevri technology, although we also use the classic method, for example, to make Okami white wine.
