Protected Designation of Origin Wine OKAMI is produced by Georgian traditional methods, in Qvevri, with dregs fermented in Qvevri, from the Kartli grape variety Shavkapito. After one month of post-fermentation maceration wine was freed from the grape skins and pips. The duration of ageing in Qvevri – 3 months.

Color – Ruby Red. Along with well-defined aromas of cranberry, red currant, and plum, light tones of dried leaves and dark chocolate are pleasantly felt.

The wine is full-bodied and well-balanced, distinguished by medium acidity, velvety tannins, and a long-lasting aftertaste.
